This product is under Toolvidz User Licence, therefore the author of the pack grants the use
of the presets within it with the unique purpose of being support for any adiovisual project.


__ BASIC RULES FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE PRODUCT __

1. The product can be used for multiple audiovisual projects, without any limits and forever.

2. The product is exclusive to the person who bought and downloaded it, so it's not possible
transfer the pack to third parties, as the buyer is not the holder of the concession rights
of the licensed product. 

3. The product cannot be resold on other online platforms and outside of them via
real devices including external hard drives, USB sticks etc ...; moreover, it is absolutely 
forbidden to exploit the graphics of the presets with the aim of replicating them through 
physical material such as t-shirts, posters etc ... (no merchandising).


__ RESPONSIBILITY __

At the time of payment, with the consequent download of the pack, the buyer is responsible for
any correct and incorrect action of the acquired product, as written in the subsection "Terms of use"
of the "Legal Notes" section in the "Guarantees and limitations of responsibility" paragraph.

Any violation of the rules listed above (n.2 and n.3) imply, in addition to a violation of the
copyright law and unlawful granting of enjoyment rights by the licensee,
also a lack of respect towards the creator of the product and his work.

Any use by people who do not have these rights is punishable by
law.

This document cannot be modified, copied, duplicated and transferred in any way, as it is
would go against the license terms stipulated by Toolvidz.

We wish the buyer a correct and fair use of this pack.
